BABYMONSTER Announces Premiere Date For New Reality Show With Teaser For "BAEMON HOUSE"
Mark your calendars for the premiere of BABYMONSTER’s new reality show! Earlier this month, YG Entertainment founder Yang Hyun Suk announced that BABYMONSTER had completed filming for a new reality program called “BAEMON HOUSE,” which is similar in premise to BLACKPINK’s past show “BLACKPINK HOUSE.” On August 25 at midnight KST, BABYMONSTER unveiled the first teaser for the upcoming show, which will air through the group’s official YouTube channel here. After premiering on September 5 at 6 p.m. KST, “BAEMON HOUSE” will air new episodes every Friday. Check out the new teaser poster for “BAEMON HOUSE” below! In response to the reports, Lee Yoo Young’s agency ACE FACTORY shared, “It is true that Lee Yoo Young will hold her wedding ceremony in September. The ceremony will be held in private with both families and acquaintances in attendance.” Earlier in July 2024 following the conclusion of her drama “Dare to Love Me,” Lee Yoo Young announced through her agency that she registered her marriage with her non-celebrity husband in May 2024. GOT7’s Yugyeom has announced his plans to enlist in the military. On August 23, AOMG announced that Yugyeom would be enlisting on September 29 and would carry out his mandatory service as a member of the army band. The agency’s full statement is as follows: Hello, this is AOMG. First, we would like to thank all the fans who have given their love to our artist Yugyeom. We are making an announcement regarding Yugyeom’s military enlistment. Yugyeom was recently notified by the Military Manpower Administration that he had been accepted as a “specialist soldier.” Therefore, in order to fulfill his military duty, Yugyeom will enlist on September 29 and undergo basic military training, after which he will carry out his military service in the army band. As the enlistment ceremony is an event that will be attended by many soldiers aside from Yugyeom and their families, we will not be revealing the schedule or location in order to prevent an accident due to on-site confusion or crowding. August Singer Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for singers! The rankings were determined through an analysis of singers’ media coverage, consumer participation, interaction, and community awareness indexes, using big data collected from July 23 to August 23. BTS rose to the top of this month’s list after seeing a 25.31 percent increase in their brand reputation index, bringing their total score to 9,535,953 for August. Lim Young Woong climbed to second place with a brand reputation index of 7,311,589, marking a 25.97 percent rise in their score since July. BLACKPINK took third place for the month with a brand reputation index of 6,822,422, while PSY ranked fourth with a score of 2,806,940.
